Dan was great! He did an excellent job on our Freightliner. His business looks well equipped, and he kept us informed all through the process. Excellent job, good price, and close to where I live. Definitely a win, win, win.

All I can say is that Dan’s has done me right. Of all the places in Arlington I’ve taken numerous vehicles to — Dan’s has been the most forthright. After poor service Mdas, Vgrif, and Sa&Jo’s — I wouldn’t trust my truck to anyone else.

Top-quality service by AAA mechanics. I can tell it's a shop run with knowledge and integrity. They inspected and repaired the axle on an ancient hitch trailer for me and it was a fair price. Only reason for not 5 stars was a little lapse in communication from them by phone when the work was completed.

I brought my van in because I wanted to have my wheel bearings replaced. I was told that the likely cause wouldn’t be the bearings. So I agreed to a diagnostic on the front end. After the diag I was told the front end was good but my brakes where completely worn and it would cost $2323 to do the full job. I was also told that my wheel bearings where the press on type. I didn’t pay for the service, just the diag fee of $158. Once I got home I decided to do the job myself, and I found that my brakes where NOT completely worn, the wheel bearings are NOT the press in type, my front end bushings DO need replacing and I don’t think they even took the tire off( the tire off part is probably my frustration of doing this with my limited schedule but you get the picture). My experience was not good. Some others may have different experiences. I don’t expect an apology or a statement I want people to be aware

We had had some work done on our vehicle at another shop and Dan’s truck shop resolved the issue for us quickly. They even contacted the original shop and let them know the part was defective. I would tell everyone I know to take your vehicle there.

Fixed the problem in a reasonable time.

Very honest and upfront on everything. We took our converted bus in because one of the tires locked up. We were thinking the bearings had gone out on it. Before they really looked at it they said it was a brake issue. Sure enough, they had to replace the whole brake system. It is a 1985 school bus that we converted. Because of its age they had a difficult time finding parts for it. They did a wonderful job on the repairs and did a complete inspection of the bus. They found a few things that concerned them and checked them out to make sure it was safe. I will, and have already, recommend this place to everyone.
